I am a level 4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist  having completed my training at The University of Bath.  I provide a flexible Sports Massage Therapy  and Kinesiology taping service based in North Somerset.  As a keen runner and mum myself I understand the demands of balancing  work, training , and home-life. Therefore, I offer a flexible service to fit around your busy schedule.  Daytime, Evening and Weekend appointments are available.  Appointments can be scheduled between 7am and 9pm,  meaning that you can keep your body in top condition with the minimum of fuss, and in the comfort of your own home.  For those who have been treated more than twice in my treatment room I offer a mobile service; meaning that you can be treated in the comfort of your own home and without the need to travel. 

Sports Massage is the manual manipulation of your body's soft tissues (muscles, ligaments and tendons) and can benefit anyone.  Sports Massage increases your range of movement and reduces the pain of movement.  It can maintain your muscles and keep them in top condition - you don't have to wait until you have an injury to have a sports massage!

For athletes in all sports and at all levels the treatments can help to maximise your performance in competition and reduce recovery time

For those not involved in sporting activities muscles can become tired and strained from repetitive movements due to occupation or hobbies; even sitting in the same position whilst driving or at your desk.  Sports Massage can help alleviate the resulting aches and pains.

Common complaints that can be eased by sports massage are post workout aches and pains (DOMS), Plantar Fasciitis, tension headaches, frozen shoulder etc.
